We’re adjusting our MBOX Coins earning rewards to incentivize quicker package pickups. Effective immediately:
This change encourages faster package pickup while still giving users plenty of time to claim their package(s). Every transaction still rewards you with valuable MBOX Coins that you can use to pay for overstay fees!

New Overstay Fees for Courier-Dropped Off Packages
To optimize our services and operations, we’re introducing overstay fees for packages that remain in our facilities beyond the 16 hours free pickup period. This helps us maintain efficient service for all our customers.
Here’s the new overstay fee structure:
How to avoid overstay fees: Pick up your packages within the 16 hour FREE period. You can also pickup your package within 3 hours after package drop off to earn MBOX Coins.
